Brazing

Our brazing program is one of the most critical elements of our manufacturing process. The brazing step is how we seal our coils, joining copper together to make an airtight pressure vessel.

Welding

Our industrial heat exchangers are often made from carbon steel or stainless, and our welders are tasked with making sure they're sealed up, solid, and ready for service. 

Crating/Packaging

Crating is the last step in our production process. We build custom coils, so we also make our own crates. This is a critical job and helps ensure our coils get to the customer in good shape. 

Assembly

Once a coil's components have been fashioned, the assembly step is where it all comes together - literally. This is the step is where the coil takes its shape and is a critical part of our manufacturing process.
